Justification Chamaesyce celastroides var. tomentella was endemic to the island of Oahu, Hawaii. It has not been collected since the 1840s.
Range One of the recognised varieties of a widespread and variable species. Specimens were known only from Oahu. Population It has not been found in recent decades and is now presumed extinct.
