Justification:
Cyanea eleeleensis is assessed as Extinct. It was endemic to the island of Kauaʻi in the Hawaiian Islands. Only one population was known, totalling 10 individuals. Threats included pigs, weeds, landslides, invertebrates and possibly rats.
