This species has last been seen in the 1930s and has not been found since then despite extensive surveys. It is therefore classed as Extinct. It is also possible that the species was a hybrid and not a distinct species.
Geographic Range [top]
Range Description: This species is endemic to the Ukraine, near Donetsk. It occurs near the Sea of Azov within the protected area Kammenye Mogily (Buord and Lesouëf 2006).
